SPA NOW CLOSED….
Following this evening’s announcement on the corona virus we will be now closing until we receive further advice.
I can confirm memberships will be frozen and the spa team will be in touch regarding any pre-booked days… All spa vouchers purchased in the last 12 months will now have an unlimited expiry date
If you have paid for a membership for in advance, then the time that we will be closed will simply be added onto your membership.
I personally and agree and fully understand the government’s advice on our closure and I hope you stay safe.
On a separate note I would like to thank you for the literally thousands of messages of support we have received since 5pm last night wishing us the best…
A few members and spa guests have raised concern asking if we can survive financially with the closure. I have been incredibly sensible over the years in preparing for a rainy day… Decisions have been made and will continue to be made to ensure that we will not only reopen but continue with our aggressive ongoing improvements plan and ensuring that we can still offer high numbers of employment in the club when we reopen.
